Order and Shipping Information

 

We handcraft our gourmet candy creations daily. It can take up to 3 days from the time you place your order until your order is ready to be shipped. 

Standard Shipping Information

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm eastern time (Monday thru Friday) are normally processed on the same business day (if all of the items are available).
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays (Saturdays or Sundays).
  • Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS
  • Postage is calculated during check out

Warm and Hot Weather Shipping Information

Our chocolate will melt if delivered to an area of the country that is above 70 degrees, it is traditionally much warmer in a delivery truck. Chocolate in a delivery truck, in the sun, without take proper protocols, would equate to a melted chocolatey mess. 

Therefore, if the temperature in Rockport, MA or in the delivery area are expected to be at or above:

  • 70 degrees around the time of delivery, please select Next Day or 2nd Day delivery
  • 80 degrees around the time of delivery, please select Next Day Shipping

We are not responsible for melted chocolates

2025 Holiday Shipping

Thank you for trusting Tuck's Candy Factory for your holiday gifts this season! At Tuck's we have something for everyone on your list! 

Through the years, we've learned that the holiday shipping season gets very busy for the Post Office and UPS, shipping periods are extended and delays should be expected--please consider shipping times when placing your order. 

To ensure your gifts arrive by Christmas, please note the final day for ordering:

  • USPS Priority Shipping is December 16, 2025
  • UPS Overnight Shipping is December 23, 2025

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy:

  • Candy Products: please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of candy items due to health and safety regulations.
  • Refunds for Poor Quality: if you receive a product that is of poor quality, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage During Transit: we are not liable for any damage caused by carriers or for products that have been left outside. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery to prevent any issues.
